Comments: Easy start up and maintenance. Excellent efficiency. Easiest routine use of any similar sized product.
Pros:
I’ve tried several PACS solutions for reading mammography. This one has been the easiest to implement and use. Customer support, not often needed, has been quick and effective. Just added a 4TB SSD to test the system capacity
Cons:
That I didn’t find it sooner. So far, I can’t think of any glaring negatives. I’ve had zero downtime with great reading efficiency. I recommend this to colleagues looking to enter the remote reading field
Alternatives Considered: PowerServer PACS

Dr B, it has been a pleasure working with you over the last couple of years. Thanks for introducing WorkstationOne to your colleagues - word of mouth recommendations help spread the word. Your telemammography setup is a model that other customers can follow, so your experience with that is valuable to us and others entering the field.
A System That Facilitates Rapid High Volume Screening
Comments: Very positive. [sensitive content hidden] has been very quick to respond and solve any problems we have encountered.
Pros:
It requires minimal input in the form of keystrokes or mouse clicks; allowing me to concentrate on detecting cancers. It facilitates smooth rapid review of cases (we review approx 120 screening mammography cases per day).It does not waste my time or attention.
Cons:
I would like the ability to customise key commands, but this is not a big issue as the current format works very well.

Dr O, we are pleased to hear that WorkstationOne is meeting your expectations for rapid reading of Mammography studies. You have been a long-term user of the system (probably more than 10 years now!), and so have seen the product evolve over the years, even as other components of your infrastructure have changed vendors. We aim to stay ahead of the competition, providing support for new features before anyone else. Thanks for your comment about the key commands - while we currently allow them to be configured on the menus, updating the system to allow re-assignment of keystrokes is something we will add in a future release - the important thing is to do it in a way that does not make the system appear more complex to operate!
Elite highly configurable mammography workstation
Comments: Strongly positive
Pros:
The company is open to direct communication and feedback resulting in continued active development. With 35 years of mammography experience, I can say that Three Palms Software is “BEST IN CLASS”. This software should be on your shortlist if you are searching for a high quality, continuously improving, highly configurable and feature rich mammography viewer.
Cons:
Adding features that would allow for interpretation of other modalities would certainly be helpful in the future.

Dr V, Thanks for your comments - we take feedback seriously, and continually work on new features. Included in recent releases is improved support for reading CT, MR and US images via the "Compare" plugin. In appropriate domains we also partner with third parties to make plugin viewers available (such as the "br-viewer" plugin for 3D ultrasound). We will continue to add wider support in future releases. Patrick

I have utilized WorkstationOne for the past 10 years with no major issues.

Dr S, thanks for your comments. As a customer who has used WorkstationOne for a very long time, we appreciate your feedback over the years - that has made the system better for all users. Your comment about a cloud-based viewer is something we have been addressing in recent releases with better support for such deployments.
