> **Pros**: We were really impressed by the amazing customer service. We found the transition from Mailchimp a little trickier than expected, but we had someone on hand to help up with every step which was hugely appreciated. That's not something you'd get from any of the big providers.

> **Cons**: We had some problems integrating EcoSend's forms with Squarespace – but that's an issue with Squarespace rather than Ecosend. Personally, I also found some aspects of the email builder not to be as intuitive as I'd have liked, but I think they'll be fine once I've got used to it.

> We're really pleased to have switched to an email provider with ecological credentials that match our mission, and such excellent customer service. There are cheaper providers out there but the help we've had getting set up has made it more than worth it.

> **Pros**: They're values align with our business values which made them an immediate top option. The tool looks quite stripped back but it has everything we need for our business and more. In fact, it's given us some ideas about other ways we could use our email list.

> **Cons**: Being picky, there is no 'preview' link for each email, this is quite handy when needing to refer back or wanting to send that content to a new client for example who may have not been on the list at the time it was sent.

There is no auto save as you are working on an email\!

> **Pros**: It is easy to navigate and the tools are straightforward. I appreciate the demo videos and tutorials. It has a lot of flexibility in terms of being able to add custom properties to contacts and also to add custom status indicators. The customer service is exceptional and excellent.

> **Cons**: It lacks a few features that other email list services have, such as hosted newsletter content. The platform has a few legacy features from GoSquared that don't apply to EcoSend which clutter the interface a bit. I'm told these are both areas that will be developed further soon.

> **Pros**: I love the focus on the environment, and appreciate that there's no generative AI encouraged. I like the new email builder, which makes it even easier to format and write, and it reminds me of writing blog posts using WordPress.

> I chose EcoSend because they're the most environmentally-friendly email marketing service I could find. I'm happy to say that even when I did have concerns about AI usage, the team replied to me promptly and explained the situation (there was a brief optional AI function in the old email builder that they didn't want added). I'm thrilled with the experience so far.
