> **Pros**: Easy to use, and intuitive. Solid customer service. My customers are happy and it's easy for them to book rentals online vs needing to call in. Saves a ton of back-and-forth and reduces paperwork. Great booking management. Priced fairly especially when other subscription services charge per user.

> **Pros**: Haven’t seen anything like the identity check in any other apps yet. I’m confident every transaction that comes through is reliable. It took minutes to set up. Implementation team was great and very responsive in case I had questions.

> **Cons**: I'd really like if there was a bit more control over the smaller details, like setting notifications and reminders. Also there isn't really a way to save documents related to customers. For example if they have their own certificate of insurance, I want to be able to track it under the customer record. No sweat though
