> **Pros**: The quick updates and detailed insights provided by the CBREX managers regarding job roles, feedback, and overall support are truly commendable. I genuinely appreciate the level of transparency and assistance offered. In my experience, very few platforms provide this kind of dedicated support and valuable guidance from their managers.

> **Cons**: If we want to submit a candidate’s resume for a suitable role, but their profile was already submitted long back, we are unable to proceed because the resume is marked as a duplicate. I feel there should be an alternative option available in such cases to allow resubmission when the candidate is genuinely interested in the opportunity.

> As of now, the experience has been good. I haven’t worked on many requirements yet, but I will understand more as I continue working on them.
