> **Pros**: The team has existing knowledge of the industry and used that knowledge to help us design a solution that works for us. Their product offerings are built well and contain the functionality that we are looking for. At the same time, it is not complicated to use, making training easier for our technicians.  I also like that they use agile in their development and implementation, so the process is familiar.

> **Cons**: As I like that the ConnectAD uses a lean method for projects, Agile and Scrum is sometime difficult for traditional organizations that use more of a waterfall framework in managing and releasing products. There has always been a struggle to communicate between the two and set expectations for delivery dates.

> My overall experience has been positive, and the team is easy to work with. The ConnectAD and Field Tech Connect applications they we currently use work without issue.
