Chattr is THE BEST program to fill your staffing needs!
Comments: Chattr has made the biggest impact on our ability to hire desperately needed restaurant staff and corporate office personnel. We were like everyone else in the industry struggling to fill positions in the restaurants to serve our customers. The response to our hiring needs has been truly remarkable. The ability to pause jobs and then reopen them, boost advertising for a period of a 14 days to fill positions quickly, and still have our monthly sponsorship cover all open jobs equally is amazing. Most of our applicants tell us that the applicant process was really great as well.
Pros:
We always had to post our employment ads on independent job sites, one at a time. It was very time consuming, and the cost was quite a bit. Our Corporate office, and restaurant managers can now set up their own ads and manage their interviews (automatically or manually accept). With Chattr your job posting(s) go out to hundreds of sites, at one time. The chatbot questions allow the restaurants and the corporate office to decline applicants that are not qualified for the position, automatically.
Cons:
We love everything about Chattr. The only thing that would make it a bit easier is if we could adjust our chatbot questions. Sometimes different locations may want to make a chatbot question a requirement to help qualify or disqualify an applicant. However, when you contact support, they are very quick to respond.

Comments: Overall, it has been great and I'm looking forward to continuing to see some of the additional product updates and implementations that will continue to meet our business needs.
Pros:
The technology being used is what the current market is in need of with the easy of applications. We have been able to have a one stop management systems as we get out candidates in and start them in the application processes. Customer service has been amazing with our rep. She definitely made the onboarding and launch easy for our company and quickly answers any questions we may have. So many great things we have experienced with this company and product to meet some of our hiring challenges. Candidates have often complimented on the ease of their application process compared to others.
Cons:
Additional job board options we had used with our previous ATS would be helpful, as well as a multi-step application process to meet the needs of our current interview process.
New to online applucants
Comments: I’m impressed overall, it’s my first time using an online agent. I have had more applicants since using, and definitely receive better information from the applicants prior to the interview. I’m better prepared to meet them and am able to make quicker hiring decisions
Pros:
It’s easy to see upcoming interviews so you can plan around them and you’re given an option to reschedule if necessary. I can easily see some back ground info and experience candidates have answered to the Chattr ai program. The ai program is really intuitive, so it gets relevant answers.
Cons:
In the beginning it didn’t load all the “upcoming” and “scheduled” interviews immediately but this seems to have been fixed, and I have not had any other issues.

Seamless addition to our Hiring Process
Comments: Chattr has allowed us to save time and money, we eliminated bottlenecks in our interview process and we have increased the # of applicants we have by about 30%.
Pros:
The best thing Chattr provided for our process was the ability for a candidate to schedule an interview at any time of the day. They no longer have to apply, then wait for someone to contact them and set an interview. It created endless opportunities for our Managers to set up their interview schedule and watch it fill up with scheduled interview.
Cons:
I can't think of any Cons at the moment!
