It's easy to use, I was able to negotiate the service fee too and I like how integrates with Xero so reconciliation is easy. I also like that it has an app and i can use my iphone to do tap to pay.  Customer support is also great\! I also like how I can have bank accounts with Zeller that don't charge foreign transaction fees.

> **Cons**: When you have to refund customers and you have the settlement going straight to your bank account rather than Zeller it can get a bit complex but customer service helped me sort it out.

> I've had a great experience with Zeller and have been using it now for quite a while to take payment in person as well as online. I like that you can create accounts with Zeller too not only to take payment but make payment. Customer service is always good and easy to reach.

> **Pros**: The reader is very easy to use and has large letters so easy for me and customers to read the screen to check before paying. The noises to approve or reject the payments are very good.

> **Cons**: The battery life is only about 140 transactions in day before having to charge. The printer roller can fall out if you drop the machine.

> I have found customer service excellent, especially on weekends when i use the machine at markets. Always very helpful with advice or with follow up if I need other inputs.
