> **Pros**: Onfolk hasn't just been a tool for payroll and employee management it's made every part of the process quicker, clearer, and more useful for the managers in our company and all employees

> **Cons**: There are very few drawbacks, but if there's anything it's that the feature set isn't as comprehensive and mature as some competitors. Onfolk manage this by being incredibly responsive to requests and feedback so you end up with features that really work for you rather than a bunch of off-the-shelf products that do the job but are a pain to use
