Despite needing urgent access to our account after an employee's departure, their support team insisted on a tedious process involving the previous account holder, who was no longer with the company. Additionally, even after navigating that hurdle, they surprised us with an inactive subscription issue, blocking access to essential data unless we paid more. Their inflexible policies and lack of practical support in crucial business moments make them a challenging partner to rely on.
