> **Cons**: Nothing that can't be fixed, \[sensitive content hidden\] is always happy to help us out. One thing would be great is ability to more easily add tasks that apply to all sites (as we are multisite) rather than having to duplicate the task - but I am sure this is on the way\!

> \[sensitive content hidden\] is always online with a speedy reply and is happy to help which makes all the difference. Like any new system being introduced to a team of 70 people who are used to something else, there has been a changeover process but it's been a good and positive one and as it's easy to use people have taken to it quickly.  So far we just use the compliance/checklists side so can't comment on the rota system but looks good.

> **Cons**: The updates in the morning can delay completing a list of tasks. Once it refreshes it erases the tasks that have been marked as completed, only if you haven’t completed the whole list. It’s not a major issue, just a minor inconvenience.

> We’re really happy with everything so far\! \[sensitive content hidden\]'s great if we have any questions or need support. It’s all very easy to navigate and straight forward to amend.
