> **Pros**: it's good to organise employees payrolls and it is open source

> **Cons**: It took me 1 week to deploy due to lack of documentation it also doesn't add many usefull functionalities to the standard odoo modules

> it is a good free software for HR management, but the lack of documentation and the not big difference from the standard Odoo does not make it so appealing to use
