> **Pros**: It's easy to use once you know the process. Gives you the option to test people for any version of office and typing speed. There are many other programs that this can test for as well, but we mainly use it for MS Office testing. Can administer from anywhere, and the person taking the test can do it from anywhere.

> **Cons**: The user interface is not very intuitive. Once you get used to it, it's not so bad. Needs a refresh on the user experience.
