Easy to use and good feature list cyber awareness platform

Comments: They are a business that is very flexible and responsive to support and development requests.

Pros:

The platform has good integrations with Azure, O365 and many security scanning platforms.It is very simple to navigate, schedule and monitor users engagement to training material and phishing simulations.I like the platform as it doesn't require the user to login and watch content within a library, all content is delivered and tracked through email.

Cons:

I think the platform could have better automation and intelligence, i.e. if a user clicks on a Phishing email, the platform would enrol them into some training and track the engagement.Some intelligence in tracking users over the course of a years training campaign and highlighting the ones that are repeat offenders in a dashboard would be good.

Reduce Voice Scams Risk with Voice Phishing Simulator and Security Awareness Training

Comments: Our experience with Keepnet's Voice Phishing Simulator has been very positive and impactful. It allowed us to mimic real phone fraud scenarios, significantly raising awareness among our employees. The integration with our security training, combined with immediate feedback and specialized post-simulation training, has been very effective. While we faced some limitations due to external policies, the tool's functionality and the AI-powered Autopilot feature have greatly reduced our workload. Regular, adaptive simulations have become key in enhancing our defense against voice scams.

Pros:

We faced phone fraud, with scammers targeting our employees to reveal sensitive information or install malware on their computers. Keepnet's Voice Phishing Simulator enabled us to simulate similar attacks to raise awareness. The Vishing Simulator tool, combined with security awareness training, allowed us to train our employees immediately during the voice phishing simulation. Additionally, we provided specific training on "voice scams" after the simulation. The metrics from the vishing simulation report are valuable, as we use them to score our employees based on users and departments.

Cons:

We wanted to obtain phone numbers from China, but due to the Chinese government's policy, it wasn't possible. While this isn’t a product limitation, it would be beneficial to have Caller ID Spoofing to mimic a Chinese phone number.

Used in classroom

Comments: It has been great working with Keepnet staff and I have enjoyed using the platform with the kids, but it is a small topic in a large field and can only be used in some places and that is why the cost may not be worth it the next year.

Pros:

I like using Keepnet for training with students, presentations created by keepnet staff, and examples.

Cons:

Even the $100 is tight for a low income school when it is a supplemental activity.

The Smartest Phishing Simulations

Comments: It was easy to start phishing campaigns, and get detailed executive reports

Pros:

The features we found most useful were sending phishing simulation emails without needing to whitelist, smart sandbox detection to remove false clicks when reporting, and SSL-supported custom subdomain and path builders.

Cons:

We don't have any complaints, and the platform doesn't restrict us from using Evilginx2 and Metasploit integration. However, it would be nice if these were built-in features.

Keepnet is the perfect unified platform to help you instill these new security behaviors in your employees.

Pros:

We love the reinforcement content library! It includes posters, infographics, screensavers, and more, which are essential for promoting new secure behaviors that need to be repeated to become habits. The platform allows us to download these materials through its interface, offering extensive libraries in many languages, each tailored to specific cultural needs. A big plus is that the materials are editable, letting us customize them to fit our brand perfectly. This is great for our company culture, as we regularly use screensavers, posters, and infographics.

Cons:

We can’t find anything to dislike. Overall, the experience has been excellent.
