> **Pros**: Synchromedics has helped us expedite resulting to our employers and allowed staff to have more time to see patients. All of our employers enter their employees and authorizations directly into the system which helps us find them quickly and efficiently.

> **Cons**: If we have any issues we are able to get them addressed and corrected in a timely manner. It definitely helps when developers take the feedback and actually apply it to the website.
