> TurboTax has gotten worse over the last 3 years. They offer you all these additional programs that will assist me with preparing my taxes and insured the highest refund, and audit assistant, but when you need to use any of those extra services that you pay for every year they are not available for you to use. Also if I can't use the services because of them not being available, they refuse to refund my money for the unused services.
