> **Pros**: Some advantages of this application is that it allows us to place accurate information and we can collect it easily and efficiently, also this application is for cell phones so access is much easier, when participating in a cohort study this application contributes to this participation is developed in the best way.

> **Cons**: The disadvantages are that being a mobile application requires a stable internet connection to work properly, in addition to this for people who are just getting to know the technology of cell phones can be tedious and difficult to use.

> It has allowed me to compile information for my university work, thanks to it, it has been much easier to improve my efficiency and accuracy when searching for information on the web.
