The interface is intuitive, and the reporting gives great visibility across the organization.

As we’re pushing the limits of what WizCommerce can do, there are a few edge cases we’ve come across, but the team is responsive and eager to evolve the product based on our feedback. Sunny from customer support, in particular, has been fantastic. The responsiveness from the Wiz team makes all issues feel manageable.

While the team was responsive and quick to resolve issues, onboarding and integrations required more hands-on coordination than expected. One area for improvement is call quality during meetings, as background noise can sometimes make it difficult to hear clearly.

It gives our team real-time visibility into inventory, makes it easy to build new orders and reorders, and provides quick access to each customer’s purchase history.
