Too often customers are unable to get answers from their ISO's or they get incorrect answers and come to us, as the POS provider, to fix it. I don't have time for the finger pointing game most of those companies engage in. Without hesitation, my first call is always Datacap. Their support team cuts through all the unknowns to give me clear, correct knowledge to help my clients resolve the issue. I work with dozens of ISO's and direct processors.
