The excellent support from Ally LMS. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is professional and prompt in responding to questions and concerns.
Once we starting using the system, I found that the sales courses are very beneficial and would like more courses pertaining to sales and retail management.
AllyLMS is useful for building knowledge and training
Comments: Ability to learn needed lacking aspects of my job on my own time , without scheduling a trainer
ability for a one stop place to get trainings at my own pace when running a busy store
each module has a different way of going to the next couse, needs more consistency across different modules
Great concept, Works well but needs some improvements
Comments: The business problems we are solving with Ally LMS are simple, we are getting good training to help the managers and staff do better and be better. Also, by providing safety training we are creating a safer work environment for everyone.
The pros of Ally LMS are: It's easy to use, Informative, Insightful and helpful. The extra documents that are provided with each course are very nice and help you understand each course more.
The Cons of Ally LMS are: Clicking each arrow on some training segments. I understand it's for engagement but it didn't seem necessary. Courses you've partially done/finished could be more prominent. Moving from one course to the next could be automatic.
