Everything is spread out across the platform and it makes for more administrative burden. Setting up any part of it is a bear. Employees cannot access their own profiles, paystubs, or tax forms within the system. Customer service requires you to submit tickets and the length of time it takes to get a call back is outrageous. > > Poor. Does not compare to systems with more user-friendliness.
