There are tons of contacts that could be of great use but the bugs just make it too much to deal with. > > **Cons**: No support communication at all\! There are SO MANY BUGS in this software it's ridiculous. For example, you cannot add leads to a list, even though a notification pops up saying the leads were added. Additionally, when I go to export leads I constantly get a notification saying the endpoint timed out. I have mentioned this to support and not heard one word from them, which is the biggest con of all. If support was available to assist then I wouldn't leave this review, but after paying for a higher tier of export credits, not even being able to export at all and not getting support with it makes me super disappointed and thus is why I'm leaving this review. > > I can tell NYMBLR would be a great tool for my agency, but I can't even get support to contact me back. What is the point of having a live chat if no one responds to you in the first place?
