Customer service being one of the most important things to me. I've used this software for a long time, and I've had many moments where I need support and I needed it fast. I should be embarrassed about how attentive they are to me and my account. > > **Cons**: The two things I would really like to see developed within the Flimp studio: better spellchecking feature and tables that aren't HTML only. Flimp has shared with me work arounds for these, but I'd like to see them developed into the studio. I really like that Flimp asks for constructive feedback and shares new ideas. Many times, I've said I need to solve for X and they bring several ideas to the table.
