### "Great tool to support repetitive process" — 4.0/5

> **Pros**: What we like most about the tool is that it allows us to schedule repetitive and high-volume processes that consume a lot of time and company resources. With this tool it is much cheaper and faster to perform these tasks than if a person dedicated to these activities does it

> **Cons**: It would be excellent if the tool could be programmed without having much technical programming knowledge, if it were intuitive and could be configured by some people who have very little programming knowledge and more knowledge about the processes that want to be automated
> 
> We have obtained very good results with the processes that we have developed and they have removed a lot of repetitive workload from us, which translates into more time for our collaborators to do other types of tasks that are much more productive. In the end they only check that everything has been fine when the processes finish, but that is much easier than carrying out those repetitive tasks manually.
