It keeps everything organized in one place, making it easy to create proposals, track bookings, collect signatures, and manage client communication. It has significantly reduced the amount of manual work our team has to do and helps us respond to clients much faster. Overall, it's a very efficient platform that makes event management much smoother, particularly for busy restaurants with multiple events happening at the same time. > > **Cons**: There are a few features I wish were more flexible. The biggest one is that we can't customize the policies for an individual proposal. Sometimes certain events require exceptions, but the policies apply to all proposals. Another limitation is the email attachments. We can't attach large files directly through Perfect Venue, which means we often have to send additional emails outside the platform. I would also love to see more robust invoicing features. For example, there isn't a place to include the client's billing address on invoices, so we often have to create invoices manually as PDFs for corporate clients. Finally, it would be very helpful if the system automatically generated receipts for deposits and final payments. Many of our corporate clients request payment receipts, and having this feature built into the platform would save a significant amount of time. > > Perfect Venue has transformed the way we manage private events. It has made our sales process much more organized, from sending proposals and collecting signatures to tracking payments and communicating with clients. The platform is intuitive, easy for both our team and clients to use, and has significantly reduced our administrative workload. The customer service is the best in the business, and any question that you have, is answered by their team within minutes vs days like the others. The immediate customer service is ongoing, not just within the couple of weeks after purchase like other programs. Rather than going through days and days of training like with the others, their team personally trains you in an hour which is all that is needed for this dream software. I can't recommend Perfect Venue enough. It has made event planning life so much easier that it is now actually very enjoyable\! > > **Cons**: There is nothing that I have found that I don't like. My only suggestion is that the beo's have the original date created at the bottom vs updating with each copy printed. I would also suggest that there is a way to create multiple proposals and save them under the client's account. My clients like to see a couple of different package options. I have used it at two different pickleball facilities now and it makes scheduling private parties/events extremely easy. We didn’t have a very good system in place before switching over to PV and it’s helped tremendously. We were able to convert old bookings over to the PV System. They make payments easy whether they are onsite or offsite. We had an event schedule before we got PV and took the payment, but were easily able to show that the payment had been made with their “offline payments” tab so that we can still have all of the transactions in the correct area. I also love the fact that you can “tag” other coworkers when something pertains to them (ex. F\&B Manager when event needs F\&B). > > **Cons**: Other than the whole website crashing the other day for an hour or two, nothing. It’s never crashed like that before in the time that I’ve been using it though. It’s been amazing and really helps me complete my daily jobs. > > I love it. It really does make my work life easier. I’m sure I can mention more, but you just have to get it for yourself. The Customer Service is always quick with a response if you have a question.
