> **Pros**: TrackOnline has a decent amount of customization possibilities in reports and the web interface to tailor it to our business needs. We can maintain the integration with our ERP-system by ourselves, with API-calls and an automatic file importer.The migration from the predecessing software "Avalanche" was well coordinated and went without any issues.

> **Cons**: In the first months of using the software, we dit encounter some issues with long loading/refresh times of the webpages and a few bugs that shouldn't be present in a production environment. Customer Support did respond quickly to the issues though.
