Calls dropped regularly, and number porting took 3 days with no warning — I lost business because of it. Support tried to help, but the system is broken at its core. If you rely on real-time communication, look elsewhere. This platform cost me time, money, and client trust.

I lost valuable time and client trust because of this platform.

Additionally, their excellent customer support. Despite we being in different time zones than them, we can rely on their 24/7 availability. And they resolves any issues within a hour or less\!
