> **Pros**: The convenience is unmatched. The ability to send images to the patient is awesome. It's simple and easy to manage. Great Image Viewing.

> **Cons**: I wish that I could choose the home screen of the website and app. We use "Workspace Drive" instead of "Cases". It would be nice if we opened the app and there were the images that we use inatead of a blank "Cases" page.

He has made this new Solution incredibly easy for us to use. He is also very flexible on time and would help us at the last minute, even after hours. I'd say that the product is great but the customer service from \[sensitive content hidden\] is TOP NOTCH. He understood that I was not as technical as the others on the call and worked hand in hand with me.
