Most of the work on SuprSend can be done by product managers itself so we don't need to get involved in it too much. That's a good thing as we can focus solely on the important use cases for us.

The ability to control and track templates, A/B test without code, and access analytics in one place is incredibly effective. Plus, with Bifrost, we can run campaigns directly on our database without any developer involvement.
