With options to filter by our brands, countries or even franchisees to drill into the data&#10;&#10;Like that it pulls in data from multiple sources, e.g: NPS surveys, Google My Business Profiles reviews, Trust Pilot, Call centre etc

One has to send the responses to the contact person, then it can be uploaded, and the analytics can be seen. If it can be done from a user end to a minimum level, it would have been better.
