Comments: I have been using this product for many years, in multiple companies. i come back every time because of how simple it is to manage and for my clients to use.
Pros:
The ability to tailor the product to a group or indervidual client needs Simple user interface Ability to export billing to other tools
Cons:
Quickbook token requires constant renewal when billing ( this is a QB issue)

Comments: Our experience with CSP Control Center has been positive because the founders of the product were extremely helpful and still are despite having a much bigger team now. Most importantly, the team understand Microsoft billing which is important when choosing a CSP billing application.
Pros:
The user interface and ease of use to handle billing. If you have tried billing using only the Microsoft Partner Center, you will love CSP Control Center.
Cons:
In the early days of CSP Control Center, it was a challenge mainly because the product was new and did not have a lot of integrations. However, the product has evolved with several integrations such as QuickBooks, Authorize.Net, Autotask, and several others.

Comments: The CSP Control Center software helped us to accelerate our CSP business with full functionality for us and our end customers. It was a rapid onboarding within a short time including building a full API integration into our backend systems. When support is needed we receive immediate help from the team. All this comes to a very reasonable price.
Pros:
- CSP Tier 1 integration including new NCE - Very fast and reliable support from C3 - API for fetching billing data to our backend systems
Cons:
The products search, selecton and shop experience for the customer could be a bit more easier, cleaner and more straight forward.
