I used to recommend it to all my friends, colleagues and clients. I no longer do. I have lost so many emails due to sneaky changes in their pricing tier without proper notice and extremely poor customer service. While they used to care about the customer most than anything, they've now become soulless, uncaring and unapologetic. We have a couple of cloud applications that we built from the ground up. We tried SendGrid and Mailgun and why both worked, it was more complex and really did not help if messages did not go through. You can click into each email to see the email body itself and copy any links that have been generated. I can share my account securely with other email addresses, allowing different people within my business to review and have access to our email tools. The API is very easy to understand, allowing you to connect Postmark to other tools easily.
