> **Pros**: Druva is very simple to use, and navigating through the UI is fairly streamlined and straightforward.When uploading the data, the region-specific data backup points are very useful. Additionally, it backs up online storage services like Sharepoint and OneDrive.
> 
> **Cons**: Backup destinations are no longer available as on-premises hardware has both advantages and disadvantages. Some alerts, such as the urgent ones, cannot be turned off. Inability to associate an employee ID number with each user account.
> 
> Particularly, the customer care exceeds my expectations. My weekly meetings are fun because they help me figure out where I might have gone wrong and where things have gone awry. I am confident that Druva is on my side.
