> **Pros**: Launching a report from Greenhouse is very simple

> **Cons**: The communication to candidates is sometimes very unclear, confusing and ambiguous. The wrong templates are used for the location of the candidate (i.e. asking for SSN in Canada).We never have the same support person helping us with issues, it's always different people.
