> **Pros**: I love the daily incentivisation to actively think about my physical and mental health. The App is easy to use and simple to explain to others the benefits of it. Our team has a high degree of utilisation and at around £100 per team member per year, does offer good value for money.

> **Cons**: The tool can feel a little repetitive, I'd like to see some new games, various fitness trackers etc. Whilst the act of pysical and mental health doesn't get boring of course, the App is lacking in a wider range of sports, mental puzzles/games etc that if continued to grow would keep engagement higher.

> My experience has been very good, although when using each day, it is starting to become repetitive.

> **Pros**: YuLife is simple to use from an administrators point of view. New members are quick to set up and the sign in process is quick and easy. 

There are lots of great resources on YuLife including posters and guides which made launching YuLife within our organisation very simple and effective.

The chat function of YuLife is great they are extremely friendly and you can tell you are talking to a real person who is happy to help. All my enquiries using the chat feature have been resolved quickly.

> **Cons**: YuLife's link with Bupa is poor, when I am setting a new user up with Bupa and I want this to be reflected within the YuLife app the process is complicated and takes a long time to be implemented. I also had to largely work out how to do this myself. The healthcareadmin@yulife.com email is very slow to respond and there is conflicting opinions about the information I should provide - originally I was told I just had to send the new joiners details, and now I have to send a full members list each time? 

I have also not been impressed with the service provided by YourHalo, we had an employee seek their help due to feelings of worry and they were turned away even though this should be covered by YourHalo? Although I have launched a complaint regarding this and the customer service of YuLife in facilitating the complaint has been very good.

> **Pros**: It's user friendly platform and extensive offerings of activities and rewards make it the best company benefit we offer. The customer service and support has always been top tier, from occasional account manager calls and speedy chat pop ups. It's helped engage our team in more fitness and keeps up friendly competition and recognition between employees.

> **Cons**: As a small business I don't always have time to keep up with so much of all the new features. So sometimes I'm guiding teams to help and hope that it is the best and right things on the app to direct them to. The annual billing system has always felt like a huge body of work too - it'd be better if Yu can share data better to the insurers.

> Our team engagement has been great on the app, everyone can see the benefits that having YuLife offers, as it has something for everyone in it. It does a good bit of HR work for me which I am very grateful for, and the financial security and benefits are a total bonus.

> **Cons**: There isn't anything in particular I don't like. I would prefer if I could do more than one Yudoku a day.

> Using the YuLife app has given me a focus and structure to try and be more active and mindful everyday. The Yucoins then allow me to treat myself to a Starbucks every month or so.
