> **Pros**: One of my favorite features is being able to deploy a single checklist to an individual that captures all the necessary documents needed. No need to remember that this individual gets X, Y,Z. Just need to send the one checklist that has it all\!

> **Cons**: There is not much that I don't like about this platform. With any growing company and technology, there are always things that can be improved. However, if and when there is an issue that comes up I reach out to \[sensitive content hidden\] and they work very quickly to resolve.
