> **Pros**: I liked that it's easy to set up as it guides you through the registration and approval process as you go. The customer journey was well-thought

> **Cons**: I don't like many of the limitations, like waiting periods for certain verifications, API limits, and the integration with WhatsApp to offer the service does not seem to be in a Partner status, the business seems to be working on the margins and trying not to be suspended.
