Generally we receive notification of issues from StatusGator before receiving support request tickets from our staff, making it easier to inform them of issues at the vendor end.

The "end user" dashboard is very intuitive for both technical and no-technical staff to understand at a glance

> **Cons**: I have nothing bad to say.  My only complaint is that on several occasions when I submitted a request for a service monitor to be added that was not in their inventory, they added it so quickly that it makes my own companies Service Desk (which is excellent) seem slow by comparison.

> We have used Statusgator for over 5 years and the Customer service has been consistently excellent the entire time.  Easy to use, and easy to adjust all the alerting to your specific needs.
