Pros:

Excellent support, engaging and well-presented material, and a consistently skilled manner are the software's first feelings. We have no intention of switching providers due to how pleasant it is to our sales associates and customers and its shown by the surveys that we distribute to our customer.

Cons:

The design of get.chat needs improvement, as it is challenging to use for the average user who is not a specialist. It is confusing to navigate thru all the feature and i have seen other software that are better in this element.

Pros:

It has a nice API which integrates with WhatsApp and allows instant messaging.

Cons:

It allows multiple messages sending and resolving patient issues

Comments: Overall experience what i feel is good. Need some more changes in the application

Pros:

get chat is a chatting platform. where we chat with our closed one. We can create a group and have fun sharing the stickers, emojis'...and lots more. Its a startup app which will compete against WhatsApp. Overall the usage is good.

Cons:

It is a competitor of whatsapp. Still needs to improve in the appearance, somemore new feactures need to be added..

Comments: It greatly changed the way to interact with all parties along the supply chain by getting rid of communication bottlenecks.

Pros:

Greatly saves on Time and Cost since it eliminates the need for writing long emails. This is achieved through active use of instant messaging, voice and video calls.

Cons:

It promotes team collaboration and hence an organization should be well onboarded by relevant department to ensure its successfully embraced across board.
