> **Pros**: Remote approval is a  good teacher, but the time it takes to set up a  new vendor makes you think twice about continuing to use checks instead.
> 
> **Cons**: Very difficult to set up a new vendor.  The process takes forever and it could take up to a month before a vendor’s first invoice is paid.


Support is only by way of email, and despite every attempt to speak to someone, you can never have a live conversation to address an issue. Instead, you have emails going back-and-forth over a monthly period of time and often going in circles versus addressing the question or issue at hand.

> Very cumbersome to set up and pay new vendors .  Lack of customer support is frustrating as it’s only done by emails, which are not sent and received in a timely manner, but over monthly periods of time thus creating a very frustrating customer experience.
