Pros:

They always respond very fast to various requests and I almost never face any outages or complications.

Cons:

Of course analytics tasks come at a cost and it is not a flatrate in our case so I do most of the visualization and modeling myself building on their stored raw data

It will more about having a feature to also write back to third party from DB/DWH

Pros:

Once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy and straightforward to use. Metabase dashboards are a fantastic add on for users.

Cons:

UX is not the prettiest, some of the wording/usability is not clear to me.
