The seamless integration across various Yardi modules also eliminates data silos, helping us streamline everything from budgeting to tenant engagement. It’s made managing our portfolio both smarter and more efficient.

> **Cons**: What I liked least about Yardi Elevate is the initial learning curve. While the platform is powerful, getting familiar with all its features can take some time, especially for users who are new to it. Additionally, creating purchase orders (POs) used to be quite slow, taking much longer than expected. However, after the recent upgrade, this process has noticeably improved, making it more efficient. Customization options still feel a bit limited, but once you get used to the system, these challenges become less significant.
