> **Pros**: It worked reasonably well except with Dual Factor Authorization at State Farm. It was difficult and poorly built and clients get frustrated.

> **Cons**: I signed up as part of a trial evaluation with my company, once the evaluation was done my company selected another supplier, I asked to stop my subscription and refund the Unused balance and InsurGrid refused to provide the refund. Real jerks.

> The product is reasonable, the tech support is lousy, they seem disinterested and very slow. The customer care is lousy, I asked to stop my subscription and refund the Unused balance and InsurGrid refused to provide the refund. Real jerks. A waste of $900. Go elsewhere like Canopy Connect, much more reasonable people to work with.
