Their customer service is unmatched\! You will not find folks with this level of responsiveness or knowledge anywhere else.

> **Cons**: Supporters are not able to make a pledge per team, only to individual participants. Users frustrated by the reminder emails they received (but they also weren't following the directions and could have entered the info and stopped receiving reminders...)

> Birdathon events have very specific requirements in a donation platform and not all peer-to-peer options allow you to do things like make a pledge per bird\! Our old platform went out of business very close to our event and Pledge It helped get us up and running with a user-friendly and great looking site with less than 2 weeks notice\!
