WHM and phpMyAdmin were persistently slow to access, and I also encountered phpMyAdmin login problems. The issue was particularly noticeable without Cloudflare WARP. I spent four days troubleshooting with Ultahost support. They changed the server IP, but the access problem remained. My website’s front end could load, but I could not manage the server reliably enough for my business. When I cancelled the VDS, Ultahost declined a refund because it was outside the applicable refund period. I accepted that decision and purchased a new Ultahost VPS, hoping it would resolve the problem. The new VPS had the same access issue, so I requested cancellation and a refund after approximately one day. Ultahost declined to refund the VPS to my original payment method because my account had multiple hosting orders. They offered wallet credit, which I declined because I no longer wanted to use their services. I asked them to assess the repeated service issue and provide a written decision. The responses I received acknowledged an escalation and then stated that a payment-method refund was “not possible”, without explaining how the VPS problem had been assessed. This was my experience with these two services and their support and billing process. Prices are inexpensive but the services are top of the line in terms of VPS hosting. Imagine availing the basic subscription, but having an unlimited access to websites, unlimited data transfer, free domain transfer, full root access, free SSL Certificates, and many more. It doesn't sound like a basic subscription for me. On top of that, if I didn't like the products there is a 30-Days Money Back. Which I didn't need because I loved it, and it will definitely stay with my company. Also, I tried all the services and it's not complicated to understand.
