Best Platform for App Builders HANDS DOWN

5.0 last year

Comments: Amazing experience from start to implementation

Pros:

I love the customer service, guides, marketing support and ease of implementation

Cons:

I only wish I could add content outside the context of courses. That’s a minor hang up that doesn’t take away from the value or overall benefits of Passion.io

Comments: Review of Passion.io While I cannot comment directly on the product quality as my app was never developed, my experience with Passion.io has been challenging and ultimately disappointing. The concept of the platform seemed promising, billed as easy to use and beginner-friendly. However, the reality of taking on such a project was overwhelming given my other commitments. Initially, I considered using Passion.io's team for the build, but the quoted cost exceeded $10,000, which was well beyond my budget. After a year of no progress and realizing the project was not feasible for me, I decided to abandon the venture and sought to recover some of my investment. Unfortunately, my request for a refund was met with a firm denial based on their 30-day refund policy—a policy that seems inflexible and not particularly customer-friendly. This was disheartening, especially given that the product is marketed as an accessible "plug and play" solution, which wasn’t my experience. I am left feeling misled by the marketing and dissatisfied with the lack of support in adjusting to unforeseen project barriers. Potential customers should be wary and consider whether they have the resources to commit fully to this platform, as the initial costs and inflexible policies may not be evident from the outset.

Pros:

Decent customer support with problem and concerns

Cons:

not flexible with customer. hard to see how to get started.
