> **Pros**: 操作性とフォロー体制です。
RPAを導入しようと思い他社サービスや無料アプリも検討しましたが、無料アプリは敷居が高く他社サービスは自分で作成するという選択肢がなかったため非常に高額でした。Ezrobotは自分でロボットを作成するといっても、素人の私に付き添って一から教えていただけるので非常に良心的で助かります。

> **Cons**: サポート体制が充実しているのでカバーはできていると思いますが、マニュアルがもう少しわかりやすければと思います。

> RPAの感想になりますが、単純な作業やルーティンワークは人間が行うよりも正確で早く、導入してよかったと思います。

> 現状4つから5つほどのロボレシピが順次稼働している。社外ツールを使用したロボとなると、ツール自体がシステム改定することでロボの工程変更も発生するため、メンテナンスも必要な時期が想定していた以上に発生している。
ロボが行うことでヒューマンエラーと業務効率アップにつながっているが、メンテナンスの部分をうまく回していく必要があると感じている。

> **Pros**: コーディングやプログラミング知識が無くても、簡単にロボットが作れます。
特に、月に一度、年に一度行うルーティーン作業に向いています。「月初に、ここのサイトのこのメニューで、この範囲を選択して、この書式でダウンロードし、このフォルダに入れる」のような場合、毎月、作業の手順を思い出しながら以前ダウンロードしたデータや、ファイルの保存名を確認したりする手間がまるっとなくなります。
また、頻度が高くなくても、一回に同じ作業で大量のデータを登録したい場合なども一度ロボットを作成すればあとはスタートボタンを押すだけなので非常に有効です。

> **Cons**: OCR機能などの精度が上がると、もっと多様に利用できる。
文字データとして取り込めるものは、ロボットに落とし込めますが、手書きのPDFであったり、文字データが格納されていないデータに関しては取り込めないので、その点では利用の幅は限られます。

> 反復する作業、エクセルなどのデータからサイト内の入力欄への転記、属人化を防ぎたい作業に向いています。直感的に操作できるため、ロボット作成も使い方を覚えれば比較的簡単にロボットを作ることができます。
