> **Pros**: Tetra is easy to be used and it is helpful for my daily job. I find very useful filters and options that save me time and fatigue.  They are open to listen customer's needs and upgrade the software to their need solution.

> **Cons**: It has some default filters that I don't like but that doesn't make a problem.

> I have a good experience with tetra. What I love from it, it's the way they listen the customers problems.
