> **Pros**: I love the integration with all the other programs we use. It is user friendly \& The staff are friendly.

> **Cons**: I wish they had more features in Booking, reports \& texting. We would fully swap away from our other booking software if we were able to create our own auto-send texts and if booking had a few more key features in scheduling.
I also wish I could run reports for sales over time and sales by customer.

> **Pros**: The Astro connection and the "universe". I also really  like the messaging. It is much easier to send a quick text, and customers respond well to it.

> **Cons**: Astro- it's a pain because we order products from more that one distributor and we have to change the "preferred dist." each time, in order to get credits.

> I came in a year before we updated the system,  it was an easy transition out of the old. It's quicker and more organized. I find it's pretty user friendly.

> **Pros**: The Product Universe, it is really nice to have the descriptions and photos of the products when I choose to sell online

> **Cons**: Booking appointments, it will not tell me if an appointment is not available when I go to schedule it

> I really like it, the support is pretty good and I’ve not had hardly any down time with it, which I hear a lot of others do

> **Pros**: They have a decent Astro Integration and a nice catalog of products. But the issues make these benefits worthless

> **Cons**: They do not have integrated printing, you have to print through a print dialog from your browser, its slow and prone to errors. They try to claim this is "Integrated". 
They use PAX payment devices that are meant to be behind a counter (Violating the EMV requirements of not handling customers cards.) 
They can not handle vendor price files, you have to reformat and layout the data for their importer, and then it can not handle case qtys, multi vendors, or really anything you need for a pet store inventory.

> ETailPet has been bought out by Quilt Software, a software investment firm. Firms like this buy software that's considered "Mature" with a userbase, and provide as little service or features as possible to maintain an income flow. They promise a lot, and provide very little. My experience was the worst of any company I have worked with. They promised several features specifically that it was later discovered they did not have. Managers admitted to the misrepresentation, blaming the fact they sell different programs, and agreed to cancel and refund but when I requested it, they refused. They also delayed the cancellation until after the next billing cycle so they could get another months fees out of me.
