> **Pros**: There are lots of great things but the absolute BEST thing is the quick response to questions. We no longer have to wait several days to have a problem resolved, meaning we can keep working and not get behind on things.

> MBP has been great for our Speech \& Occupational Therapy practice. The transition team was really great\! They were willing to spend as much time as we needed to get things set up and are great problem-solvers. MBP has made our billing and payroll much more stream-lined. The customer service is A++.

I love the features of "homework" and "next agenda" in order to keep track of treatment planning. It is very easy to use the "Telehealth" feature and take notes at the same time while in virtual sessions.
