Really simple UI and structure. To get started you can pick a pre-built test and begin sending them to candidates within minutes. When the candidate is done, you can jump into their git repo and evaluate their work. > > **Cons**: The only data i get at a summary level is a % score. no one has ever gotten 100% for me, but if i left it at that I would have lost a lot of quality candidates. As such, I'm generally forced to review everyone's work to understand their thought process and consider what mistake's are or aren't worth failing the candidate on. Better summary data on where the candidate did or didn't succeed would be really helpful. > > Overall great -- Customer Support in particular has been top tier and really helpful in getting us set up and building custom tests.
